Please go elsewhere. I have been trying to get Dr. Dickman to discuss, address, or correct a completely botched procedure that he performed 7 years ago, for the past 7 years. He knew I did not live in this country at the time, and my twice or thrice visits home per year (that’s 15-21 opportunities where I invited him to discuss it with me) were wasted again and again. Finally, now that I have returned, I have been much more insistent on finally resolving this, as he did not keep any part of his promises to me (and the majority of the damage he did is irrevocable). Instead, after I emailed him each question and point that we would be discussing during my cleaning visit that day, he had a staff member call me JUST before I was about to leave to come to the appointment (after taking unpaid time off to do so) to tell me he had to cancel. So, my teeth did not get cleaned (by one of his excellent hygienists...they are not the problem), he did not address anything again, and now I’ve shown my full hand so he’s never reached out or spoken to me again. Each moment of this grown man’s behavior has been despicable in this situation from start to finish. I could not make the world smaller to be here more often during the time I lived abroad. I always made my appointments six months in advance, and he had given me a litany of promises of how he was going to fix the situation, as it truly is irreversible damage. He never kept any part of his word, and nothing has ever been done, since that day, except avoiding me. I cannot express to you enough just how much I recommend going elsewhere. I have cried each and every day for 7 years over the hack job this man did to me.

Dr. Dickman is a great dentist. I truly miss his attention to detail and his kind and caring demeanor. I had to leave because of his rude receptionist. She doesn’t belong in the public at all.

I called Dr Dickmans office on a Friday night when an urgent issue. Even though they were closed, he personally called me back twice after I didnt answer the first time. He then scheduled me for first thing Monday morning. After my appointment he called me later Monday night just to see how I was doing. How is that for personal service?! He sincerely cares about each of his patients. I couldnt be more happy. My teeth look great again! Thank you Dr. Dickman, you saved my holiday smile

Such a comfortable dentist experience. Dr. Dickman is an expert, and his process, demeanor, and quality of work are unparalleled and the best one could ask for at the Dentist. His staff is amazing. If going to the dentist is a nightmare for you, it won’t be at this office. Speedy waiting room, and you don’t spend hours in the chair.

Dr. Dickman himself seemed terrific even though I met him once I had great confidence in him and he had me at ease as I’m very nervous going to the dentist. I had bad experience with office scheduling. Only went one time my first appointment was canceled due to the automated system apparently I somehow pushed yes on some sort of text messaging system. When I showed up they told me I had no appointment after I left work early and found myself a babysitter for my kids a little longer than normal so I waited another week for my first appointment then when I went to go get my procedure the day of the appointment they called and told me that they never got the information for my doctor to clear me I would have to reschedule the appointment was a month away from my last one it’s quite frustrating if somebody would have told me sooner so I could get on them. They stated that their automated system has been trying to reach me however no phone calls were received until in the morning of my appointment and they received a call at my work and my husband all before 8 a.m. in the morning the day of my noon appointment. I guess some people wouldn’t be so aggravated but with mother-of-four who works part-time it’s hard to find a time free for appointments and not to mention that horrible anxiety I get going to a dentist as it is and my pain in my teeth but that’s my fault because I wait too long to go to the dentist because I’m terrified of them!
